For couples and planners
Wedding Bartender in Jacksonville
Certified, insured wedding bartenders for BYOB venues across Northeast Florida. You supply the alcohol — we handle the bar, the timeline, and the venue paperwork.
Wedding Bartending Built for BYOB Venues
Many wedding venues in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, and Amelia Island let couples bring their own alcohol — but they almost always require a professional bartender and proof of liability insurance. That's exactly where we come in. Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC supplies the bartending labor, the certification, and the insurance, so you can save on alcohol without putting your venue relationship at risk.
Our bartenders are TIPS certified and carry $1,000,000 in general and liquor liability coverage. We send your venue a certificate of insurance naming them as additional insured within 24 hours of booking, so the paperwork is handled long before your coordinator has to ask.

How It Works
1
Request your free quote
Share your date, location, guest count, and the kind of bar you have in mind. We reply with a written quote within 2 business hours.
2
Get your custom shopping list
Once you book, we send a shopping list sized to your guest count and drink style so you buy exactly what you need — no guessing, no waste. For weddings we also flag ice, mixers, and champagne for the toast.
3
We confirm the details
We call 72 hours before your event to confirm arrival time, bar placement, ice, and any venue rules, then send your bartender's name and contact.
4
We handle the bar
Your certified bartenders arrive early, set up, serve responsibly, check IDs, and break down and clean the bar when the night is done.
Working Smoothly With Your Planner and Venue
A wedding bar runs on timing. We work from your planner's run-of-show, so the bar opens for cocktail hour, pauses or slows for the ceremony and speeches, and the champagne is poured before the first toast is called. If your venue has load-in windows, service elevators, or a required close time, we build those into our plan.
Responsible service protects your guests, your families, and your venue. Our bartenders check IDs, pace service, and refuse service when needed — quietly and professionally, so nothing distracts from your day. At the end of the night we break down the bar, consolidate your leftover bottles for you to take home, and leave the space the way we found it.
