Holiday Bartending Without the Hosting Stress

Whether you're hosting an office party for your team or a neighborhood gathering at home, Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC brings certified, insured bartenders so you can actually spend time with your guests.

Get your custom shopping list
Once you book, we send a shopping list sized to your guest count and drink style so you buy exactly what you need — no guessing, no waste. Holiday lists include ice and mixers, which run out first.
3
We confirm the details
We call 72 hours before your event to confirm arrival time, bar placement, ice, and any venue rules, then send your bartender's name and contact.
4
We handle the bar
Your certified bartenders arrive early, set up, serve responsibly, check IDs, and break down and clean the bar when the night is done.
Book Early for December
Most holiday party requests arrive between October and early December, and Friday and Saturday dates go first. If you already know your date, request a quote now — it takes a minute and holds nothing against you until you sign.
Office parties get the same professional standard as our corporate events: insurance on file, invoicing, and responsible service. Home parties get a relaxed, friendly bartender who keeps the line moving and the kitchen clear. A 20% holiday surcharge applies to major holiday dates such as New Year's Eve.
Serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida
Our holiday party bartending team travels throughout Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay counties — including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, and Yulee. If your event is nearby but not on this list, ask — we often travel a little farther.
Every booking follows the same standard: TIPS certified bartenders, $1,000,000 in general and liquor liability insurance, a written contract, and a quote within 2 business hours. Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC provides bartending labor only — you supply the alcohol, we handle the bar.

No. We provide bartending labor only. You purchase and supply all alcohol, and we send a shopping list so you buy the right amounts.
Is there a holiday surcharge?
A 20% surcharge applies to major holiday dates such as Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Regular December dates use standard pricing.
