Compliance for BYOB venues
BYOB Venue Bartender in Northeast Florida
When your venue allows outside alcohol but requires a professional, insured bartender, we meet the requirement — and send the paperwork within 24 hours.
Why BYOB Venues Require a Professional Bartender
Many venues across Northeast Florida allow clients to bring their own alcohol — barns, estates, clubhouses, galleries, and waterfront event spaces. Almost all of them attach a condition: a professional bartender must serve, and that bartender must carry liability insurance that protects the venue.
Florida does not issue a state bartender license, so venues rely on two things instead: responsible-service certification and insurance. Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC is built around both. Every bartender is TIPS certified, and every event is covered by $1,000,000 in general and liquor liability insurance.

How It Works
1
Request your free quote
Share your date, location, guest count, and the kind of bar you have in mind. We reply with a written quote within 2 business hours.
2
Get your custom shopping list
Once you book, we send a shopping list sized to your guest count and drink style so you buy exactly what you need — no guessing, no waste. We also send the certificate of insurance straight to your venue coordinator.
3
We confirm the details
We call 72 hours before your event to confirm arrival time, bar placement, ice, and any venue rules, then send your bartender's name and contact.
4
We handle the bar
Your certified bartenders arrive early, set up, serve responsibly, check IDs, and break down and clean the bar when the night is done.
What Venue Coordinators Can Count On
Coordinators tell us the same thing: they need the certificate early, they need staff who follow house rules, and they need nothing left behind. We send certificates within 24 hours of booking, follow your load-in and last-call times, and break down completely at the end of the night.
If a guest needs to be cut off, our bartenders handle it calmly and document it in a signed incident log. Venues that want a standing partner can find our Venue Ready Packet, COI request form, and partner program on our Venues & Planners page.
Serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida

If your event is nearby but not on this list, ask — we often travel a little farther.
Every booking follows the same standard: TIPS certified bartenders, $1,000,000 in general and liquor liability insurance, a written contract, and a quote within 2 business hours. Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC provides bartending labor only — you supply the alcohol, we handle the bar.
