Jaguars and college football
Watch Party Bartender in Jacksonville
Certified, insured bartenders for Jaguars and college football watch parties at homes, clubhouses, and offices. You supply the alcohol — we keep the line moving.
Game Day, Handled
Jacksonville takes football seriously — Jaguars Sundays, Florida–Georgia weekend, and Saturday college games bring friends, neighbors, and coworkers together. When the host is stuck refilling coolers, they miss the game. Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC sends a certified, insured bartender so you can watch every snap.
You buy the beer, wine, and spirits; we set up the bar, serve quickly during timeouts and halftime, and keep things responsible right through the final whistle.

How It Works
1
Request your free quote
Share your date, location, guest count, and the kind of bar you have in mind. We reply with a written quote within 2 business hours.
2
Get your custom shopping list
Once you book, we send a shopping list sized to your guest count and drink style so you buy exactly what you need — no guessing, no waste. Game day lists lean on beer and ice — plan for overtime.
3
We confirm the details
We call 72 hours before your event to confirm arrival time, bar placement, ice, and any venue rules, then send your bartender's name and contact.
4
We handle the bar
Your certified bartenders arrive early, set up, serve responsibly, check IDs, and break down and clean the bar when the night is done.
Homes, Clubhouses, and Offices
We bartend watch parties in living rooms and backyards, neighborhood clubhouses in Nocatee and Fleming Island, and office break rooms on Monday nights. Clubhouses and offices often ask for a certificate of insurance — we send one within 24 hours.
Game times move, and games run long. We plan our arrival around kickoff and can quote extra time for overtime or a doubleheader so the bar never closes before the game does.
Serving Jacksonville and Northeast Florida
Our game day watch party bartending team travels throughout Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay counties — including Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Atlantic Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach, Nocatee, St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach, Orange Park, Fleming Island, Fernandina Beach, Amelia Island, and Yulee. If your event is nearby but not on this list, ask — we often travel a little farther.
Every booking follows the same standard: TIPS certified bartenders, $1,000,000 in general and liquor liability insurance, a written contract, and a quote within 2 business hours. Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC provides bartending labor only — you supply the alcohol, we handle the bar.

Game Day Watch Party Bartending FAQ
Can you bartend at our neighborhood clubhouse?
Yes. Many clubhouses require insurance, so we send a certificate of insurance within 24 hours of booking.
Do you bring the beer?
No. We provide bartending labor only. You purchase and supply all alcohol, and we send a shopping list so you buy the right amounts.
What if the game goes to overtime?
We can quote extra time in advance, and our bartender can stay longer on the day if your booking allows it.
Do you work college football Saturdays?
Yes. We book Saturday college games, Jaguars Sundays, and big rivalry weekends — those dates fill early.
