1. Who we are

Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC is a mobile bartending service based in Jacksonville, Florida, serving Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, and Fernandina Beach. This policy explains what information we collect on wellservedbyob.com and how we use it.

2. Information you give us

When you request a quote, ask your venue for a certificate of insurance, contact us as a venue or planner, use our bar planning tool or drink calculator, or email us, we collect what you type in: typically your name, email address, phone number, company or role, and details about your event such as the date, guest count, venue, and drink preferences.

Our bar planning tool also saves your event details so we can follow up on your plan, and it stores a scrambled (hashed) identifier made from your connection information to limit how many plans a single visitor can run per hour. This identifier cannot be used to identify you personally.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to prepare your quote, book and staff your event, send you the documents and confirmations you asked for (including emailed shopping lists and checklists), reply to venue and partner inquiries, and keep records of our bookings.

We also use it to improve the website and our services. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising beyond understanding which pages and sources bring visitors to the site.

4. Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site — which pages are viewed, which city or source referred you, and which buttons are clicked (such as quote steps and phone calls). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers for this measurement.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site keeps working without them. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

5. How we share information

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, the service that hosts our booking database and the service that delivers our email. These providers process information on our behalf.

We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. When your venue needs a certificate of insurance, we share only what the insurance provider needs to issue that certificate.

6. How long we keep information and how we protect it

Quote requests, inquiries, and event records are kept as long as we need them to run our business and meet tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see below.

Your information is stored in a secured, access-controlled database, and access is limited to the Well Served team and the providers listed above. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us not to contact you for follow-ups. Email hello@wellservedbyob.com and we will take care of it.

If you received an email from us and would rather not receive follow-up emails, reply and ask to be removed, or use any unsubscribe link in the email.

8. Children and age

Our services relate to events where alcohol is served, and this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
