Serving Ponte Vedra Beach
Ponte Vedra Beach BYOB Bartender: Certified, Insured Event Bartending
Ponte Vedra Beach entertaining tends to happen at home — oceanfront estates, gated neighborhoods, and backyard terraces overlooking the water. Hosts here expect polished service that blends in with the private chef, the caterer, and the rest of the evening.
Our bartenders arrive in black tie, set up a clean, discreet bar, and serve responsibly so you can stay with your guests. You supply the alcohol; we bring the skill, the certification, and $1,000,000 in liability coverage.
Discreet Service for Hosted Evenings
Hosting at home in Ponte Vedra Beach often means hosting people you want to impress — clients, board members, or longtime friends. Our bartenders keep conversation light, know when to step back, and keep the bar tidy through the whole evening, not just the first hour.
We can design a short signature cocktail list that matches your menu, print a menu sign, and suggest how much of each bottle to buy. At the end of the night we consolidate open bottles, take out the trash, and leave the terrace the way we found it. For tournament week, we can staff several evenings in a row for the same household.

Local Planning Tips
Gated communities and HOA access
Add our bartenders to your gate access list ahead of time and tell us about HOA rules on parking or vendor vehicles.
Outdoor bar placement
Coastal wind is real. We'll help you place the bar where it's sheltered, level, and close to a power source and ice.
Coordinating with chefs and caterers
We share a timeline with your private chef or caterer so passed drinks, courses, and toasts happen in the right order.
No alcohol on the public beach
Alcohol is prohibited on the public beach, so set up the bar at the home or reception site rather than on the sand.
BYO-Friendly Venues Nearby
Most Ponte Vedra Beach events we staff are at private homes and estates rather than public venues.
- Private oceanfront and Intracoastal homes — The most common setting — the bar goes on the terrace or in the yard.
- Rented estates — Check the rental agreement for event and alcohol rules before booking.
Always confirm current alcohol rules with your venue.
