Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026 · Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC · Jacksonville, Florida
Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC provides bartending labor only. Clients purchase and supply all alcoholic beverages. We do not sell, furnish, or transport alcohol for sale.
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to this website and to the mobile bartending services provided by Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC (“Well Served,” “we,” “us”) in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Fernandina Beach, and surrounding areas of Northeast Florida.
Every event is also confirmed by a written service agreement signed before your event. If anything in the signed agreement differs from these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that event.
2. What we provide — bartending labor only
Well Served BYOB Bartending provides bartending labor only. We supply certified, TIPS-certified bartenders, bar setup and breakdown, barbacks where quoted, and event bar service.
We do not sell, provide, furnish, purchase, transport, or include alcohol of any kind. Clients purchase and supply all alcoholic beverages for their own events. Nothing on this website or in our communications should be read as an offer to provide alcohol.
3. Your responsibilities as the host
Because you supply the alcohol, you are responsible for purchasing it lawfully, transporting it to the event, and making sure your venue or property allows alcoholic beverages on site.
Our bartenders are trained to check valid identification and to refuse service to anyone under 21 or anyone who appears visibly intoxicated — politely and discreetly. Hosts agree to support our staff in these decisions and not to serve alcohol themselves in a way that undermines them.
4. Quotes, deposits, and payment
Written quotes are provided free of charge, normally within 2 business hours of your request. Quotes are valid for the date stated on the quote.
A 50% deposit holds your event date. The remaining balance is due as stated in your written service agreement. We confirm every detail with you by phone approximately 72 hours before your event.
5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and weather
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before your event. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may forfeit the deposit, as stated in your written service agreement.
If weather moves your outdoor event indoors or to a new date, we will work with you on timing at no extra charge whenever our calendar allows.
6. Insurance and safety
We carry $1,000,000 in general and liquor liability insurance, and we provide certificates of insurance naming your venue upon request. Our bartenders hold TIPS certification (or Florida Responsible Vendor certification).
You remain responsible for the lawful purchase and supply of alcohol for your event and for the conduct of your guests. You agree to hold Well Served harmless from claims arising from alcohol you purchased and supplied, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Website use
The text, design, logo, photographs, and other content on this website belong to Well Served BYOB Bartending LLC and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You agree to use our forms and contact tools honestly — to request quotes and information for real events. We may refuse or cancel service for requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful.
Website content is provided for information only and may change without notice; it does not by itself create a booking or a contract. Bookings are formed only through a written quote and signed service agreement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to quote requests made and services booked after that version takes effect.
